92y:

For the third installment for the 92Y Fridges video series, we peeked inside French Culinary Institute founder and CEO Dorothy Hamilton’s fridge, where she showed us her favorite cheese from Di Palo in Little Italy (“…they import the best Parmigiano [Reggiano] in the world there”), her favorite Champagne (Deutz Champagne), a special gift form Per Se, told us about the first time she ever had a baguette, and more. Join Dorothy this Wed, Feb 3, for Doing What You Love with world-renowned chefs sharing about their passions and career paths. Panelists include Tom Colicchio, chef-owner Craft restaurants and co-host of Top Chef, James Beard Award winner Dan Barber of Blue Hill and Blue Hill at Stone Barns, chocolatier Jacques Torres and Andre Soltner, dean of classic studies at FCI and formerly of Lutèce. After the event, Hamilton will be signing copies of her new book, Love What You Do, a guide to culinary careers.

Check out all upcoming 92Y Food and Wine events.
